This office has been operating as a subset of the Center for Accreditation since 1392 (Solar Hijri calendar) and in 1393, it became an independent office.

Currently, Mrs. Samadian is responsible for managing the Quality Improvement Office of Firouzabadi Educational and Medical Center.

The main duties of this office have been determined as follows:

  1. Formulating strategic and operational plans for the center in collaboration with relevant authorities.
  2. Developing and revising various processes within the center in cooperation with subsidiary units.
  3. Communicating and monitoring the implementation of programs at different levels of the center.
  4. Collaborating in the execution of annual accreditation and performance evaluations of the center.
  5. Identifying opportunities and threats within the center and reporting to relevant management levels for the enhancement of hospital affairs.
  6. Continuous and active monitoring of patient feedback and preparation of relevant reports.
  7. Organizing and managing hospital committees and meetings.
