Currently, Ms. Samadian is responsible for managing the Quality Improvement Office at the Firouz Abadi Educational and Medical Center.

The main responsibilities of this office are outlined as follows:

  • Developing the strategic and operational plans of the center in collaboration with the relevant authorities.

  • Developing, improving, and modifying various processes within the center in collaboration with affiliated units.

  • Communicating and monitoring the implementation of programs at different levels of the center.

  • Collaborating in the implementation of accreditation and the annual performance evaluation of the center.

  • Identifying opportunities and threats within the center and reporting them to relevant management levels to improve hospital operations.

  • Continuous and active monitoring of client satisfaction and preparing corrective action reports.

  • Organizing and managing meetings for hospital committees.
