In order to receive the best possible services in the shortest possible time, please pay attention to the following points during admission to our inpatient departments:
Bring the hospitalization order from your physician.
Have your valid insurance booklet and card, identification card, or national ID card with you (during admission and discharge).
Bring all previous medical test results and documents.
For pregnant women, it is mandatory for the husband to be present during admission.
If the patient has not reached the legal age for consent or is not capable due to mental or physical reasons, a legal guardian (with proper legal documents) must be present during admission to provide consent for hospitalization and treatment.
Patients scheduled for surgical procedures must be fasting when they arrive.
Always have your prescribed medications with you for reference during hospitalization.
Consult your surgeon regarding the discontinuation of medications such as aspirin, warfarin, and Plavix one week before surgery.
